Requires Docker Desktop. No source code needed — pulls pre-built images and starts ghost with all dependencies.

$ cd ghost
$ npx launchfile up --native

For local development. Requires macOS + Homebrew. Clones the source, installs runtimes and databases via Homebrew, and runs the app natively — no containers.
